Personal property inside your unit

Your condo policy covers the physical belongings inside your unit: furniture, electronics, clothing, appliances, and similar items. If a covered event like a fire, theft, lightning strike, windstorm, or frozen pipe causes a loss, the policy pays to repair or replace what you lost. One important note: standard condo policies do not cover flood damage.
